I have resumed custom orders for customers who are looking for something more specific. What is a custom order? It is a request for a specific key or wood that cannot be found in my online store. PLEASE READ TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW BEFORE PLACING CUSTOM ORDER. I do not do custom tunings or custom artwork outside of my standard designs.
Due to changes in merchant services regarding the new chip cards, I no longer take Visa/Mastercard payments over the phone. All purchases must be made through my online store. In the case of certain types of custom orders you can still pay via PayPal or by check. Contact me for details.
TERMS OF SERVICE: I have a 7 day return policy for all of my standard flutes. Customer has 7 days from the day of receiving the flute to make sure they are satisfied with it an wish to keep it. I will accept a return if contacted within that period and will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned flute. Flute must be returned in brand new condition at buyers expense. Insurance is recommended for return shipping since customer is responsible for the flute until I receive it back. Beyond that 7 day period all sales are final. All custom flutes are non-returnable items (all sales final). Buyers who order a custom flute must pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the items cost.
